Riverfront Home, Apt & Bar with Screened Pavilion

This property was the perfect place for a large group. It had everything we needed, and multiple areas for everyone to hang out together. It was easy it get to and from town. I would highly recommend for other groups who are looking for a getaway in Lexington.

This property is not what it seems. Went there for a family trip. Very expensive place, but I thought it would be worth it because of its location and the river. Boy was I wrong! The house smelled like mothballs. None of the door locks worked bathroom included. Wi-Fi did not worked, propane take was empty. No lighting outside of the house pitch black we had to use cell phone light to walk. Nobody told us where to put the trash or any of the basics. Had a great pavilion outside that could not be used because it was full of old Furniture that look like it been sitting outside for years full of mold. Pool table was broken and balls would fall on the floor. To use the game room, you have to go through the bathroom or go outside and go around terrible layout and it had no AC. It’s an old garage/warehouse with built out rooms. The house has a deck of that was absolutely frightening. I thought the family was gonna fall through got to appoint that I had to tell everybody to stay off the deck. Fishing deck by the river, which was about 12 feet off the river bed with no rails was also a big hazard. Two weeks later, I get a text from the owner, threatening me to leave him a good review or I have to pay an additional cleaning fee. When I declined, I was threatened via text to be taken to small claims court. If you rent this property, you have been warned. If I could’ve gave it zero stars I would have .
